PROMOTE, ENCOURAGE, EMPOWER AND SUPPORT ALL FOSTER CHILDREN AND FOSTER FAMILIES

• The NOFPA   is organized exclusively for the charitable purpose to benefit foster children, foster parents, adoptive parents and relative care providers of Washington State Foster Care.

• NOFPA will strive to promote close contact and exchange of ideas and experiences between foster parents and all other interested in enhancing foster care.

• To promote better understanding in the community toward foster children, fostering families through education, research, and community advocacy.

• To encourage the training and education of personnel for work in the field of foster care and to encourage the recruitment and retention of foster homes.

• To empower, support and to advocate for fostering families in order to enrich the quality of life for foster children.
